Paul Emerton
Managing Director
Paul is one of the founding directors of the company.
He has over 10 years experience in Television, Marketing and Business.
With a drive to make TV Marketing more accessible to a wider variety of businesses, he has rewritten the rule book on TV advertising and performance analytics strategy.
Stephen Preston
Account Director
Steve brings over 15 years of professional marketing experience to Concept.
Steve joined Concept in 2007 and has become key to building successful campaigns for our Clients.
In addition to TV, Steve's experience with Print and Press marketing and his extensive relationship with the Press media enhances Concept's services.
Lynne Emerton
Head of Accounts
Lynne's extensive background in client financials and book keeping ensure we offer the best deal to our Clients, Staff, Suppliers, Investors and other Stakeholders.
Christopher Angell
Company Director
Chris has created and executed large scale financial decisions and investments for major UK institutions.
As a Non-Executive Director, Chris oversees major buying and financial decisions within the company.
Keith Emerton
Operations Director
Keith acted as an officer of the company since 2004.
In 2009, he joined Concept on a permanent basis to take up the role of Operations Director to guide Concept through the next stage of it's growth.
Keith will oversee the new service strategy which forms part of Concept's drive to increase productivity and deploy CAIT TV Analytics.

Concept employ staff and consultants with specific skills across Administration, Marketing, Production, Compliance, Analytics and Media Negotiations.
